My journey with photography began in a high school darkroom, where I fell in love with the process of turning a moment into something lasting. For years, I captured love stories as a wedding photographer, drawn to all the small, emotional moments that make them so meaningful. Then I became a dog mom and found a new kind of love. Inspired by the bond I share with my dog, I founded Kindred to honor the deep connection we have with our pets and turn it into lasting art. When I'm not behind the camera, you can find me traveling, hiking, cooking, or curled up on the couch watching a tv show.
Buttercup
Mascot. Model. Treat Curator.
Buttercup is our resident snack enthusiast and the heart behind Kindred. She's a 2 year old golden retriever with a love for belly rubs, long hikes and rotisserie chicken. From Los Angeles to the Amalfi Cost, she has already lived a life of adventure, having visited 8 states and 10 countries. A true social butterfly, Buttercup has never met a stranger she doesn't love. She is the epitome of joy and a daily reminder of why we do what we do.
